If you choose to be partisan and biased, then there is no point arguing with you..
But, I didnt hear you say a word against spending billions of dollars on illegal wars. The fact of the matter is that social programs are a smaller percentage of the govt's budget than transfer payments, subsidies and military spending.
The same Republican voters who oppose a public health option in the name of capitalism will not bat an eyelid in accepting billions in farm subsidies. Where is the moral in that?
