    I know DUK will fly IF this legislation is defeated. It seems Americans are too busy working to care about their future. Unbelievable anger and sadness is what I feel.

    Dems look to cripple corporation like DUK, many coal and gas states like Penn. Ohio, Texas, Oklahoma, and its hard working people at the expense of one state: California.
